A terminat Facultatea de Limbi si Literaturi Straine, Universitatea din Bucuresti, urmand apoi studiile de masterat si doctorat la aceeasi facultate. In 2013, a inceput sa predea limba engleza in cadrul departamentului de Limbi Moderne si apoi in cadrul departamentului de Engleza. Dupa sustinerea doctoratului pe teme legate de gotic si violenta in romanele lui Cormac McCarthy, aria acesteia de interes s-a extins la probleme de traductologie, adaptare sau reprezentare de gen. De asemenea, pe parcursul carierei academice, Anda a fost interesata de noi metode pedagogice pentru predarea limbii engleze in contexte specializate, scriind articole stiintifice si in acest domeniu.
