These studies were conducted following research grant provided by the IBTS in 2001, along with my invite as guest assistant professor at Baptist Theological Institute in Prague.
They looked on one hand, a careful analysis of the life of evangelical churches, the specific dynamics of these churches, which led to the shaping of the first part.
Second, noting the divisions that tend to affect the lives of these Christian communities, not only theirs, was born the second half trying to look at conflict management in systematic, academic, but to consider and biblical principles to solve and control of conflicts.
Thirdly, deepening desire biblical paradigms, taken in their cultural context, led to the third study on conflict and mediation in the book of Acts. The issue of conflicts in the NT and their resolution in the light of God's word, is wide open and there are many biblical examples that deserve thorough.
This book would like to invite to reflection, Bible study, in obedience to God in the meanders of life experiences, a beautiful Christian witness.
