Return policy

Editura Universitara Publishing House offers you the right to return the ordered book(s), without any specified reason, within 30 calendar days of receiving them. You will receive back the value of the books within a maximum of 14 days from initiating the return.

What are the conditions for returning the book / books?
•    The book/books must be returned within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt;
•    The book/books are returned packaged and undamaged.

Which books cannot be returned?
•    Those books / orders that meet the specifications communicated by the customer;
•    Books that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.

How do I return?
•    Fill out the Return Form requesting the partial or full return of the order, indicating the day on which the courier can come to pick up the package (without indicating the day of return pick-up, the courier will not be able to come to pick up the package).
•    The product must be properly packaged for transport;
•    The cost of the return will be borne by the University Publishing House if the product does not correspond to the description on the site, has defects or damage resulting from transport;
•    The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer, if the reasons for the return are not attributable to the University Publishing House;
•    The initial shipping fee (if charged) will be refunded if the reasons for the return are attributable to the University Publishing House.

When do I get my money back?
•    Once we have received the book/books and checked if everything is in order, we will send you an email informing you of this fact;
•    If it is an approved return, the return amount will be transferred to the buyer's account (according to the Terms and Conditions of the University Publishing House within a maximum of 14 working days).
