Product Warranty
If the shipped books have printing defects, missing pages, reverse linked pages, white pages, defective CDs, etc., they will be replaced with other compliant books.
If you have purchased a book that includes a CD and it is defective or non-functional, it is replaced with the appropriate book - in good condition, with no writing on it.
The customer can request the return of the value of the product or its replacement. If Editura Universitara Publishing House cannot replace the product with a compliant one, the value of the product will be refunded.
The guarantee will be resolved within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of notification.
Payment for transport for products sent back for replacement is the responsibility of Editura Universitara Publishing House.
