TERMS OF USE
Using, visiting and buying products from www.editurauniversitara.ro (same as www.bibliotecauniversitara.ro, www.librariacasacartii.ro), implies the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
 

ON ACCESSING
We reserve the right to register and store the following information regarding accessing this site: date, page, ip, user agent, screen resolution, referer.
It is forbidden to access this site with automatic download programs without the express permission of us. We reserve the right to store complete logs and to take legal measures against the persons or companies that access our site with such programs.

ORDERS AND CLIENTS ON
We reserve the right to store customer information: name, address, email, phone number and identity document number, books ordered during necessary to fulfill orders and to achieve statistics.
According to Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, modified and supplemented and the Law. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and privacy in electronic communications University Publishing House is required to manage safely and only for specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself. The purpose of collecting data is the tax invoice, your information on order status and shipment of products ordered by you.
