About delivery

NATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer transportation throughout the country by express courier via Fan Courier.


Where do I receive the order?

You will receive the package at the delivery address you provided in the order form.


When will I receive the order?

For the titles in stock, the delivery term is 2-3 working days from the order.


How do I pay?

Payment of the cost of the publications is reimbursed, when you receive the package at the address you provided in the order form, online or by bank transfer.


Are there delivery fees?

For orders less than 125 lei, there is a fee of 12.00 lei (VAT included) for packages delivered to Bucharest and 18.00 lei (VAT included) for those delivered to other localities in Romania that you find listed here.
For orders received from other localities (villages, communes, localities outside the cities), additional courier fees are charged, depending on the number of kilometers traveled.
If the value of the order is higher than 125 lei, the transport is free.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer international delivery through Romanian Post, for Europe, America, Australia and Asia.
Transit time differs depending on the destination country, 5-14 days after order confirmation.
The order will be paid online, by card or by bank transfer, in which case the shipment will be made after receiving the payment confirmation from the bank.

The international transport tax starts from 90 lei (VAT included) / order for Europe and from 150 lei (VAT included) / order for other parts of the world.
