This volume represents an important synthesis of the efforts and academic creativity of the second-year master's students of the "Personality Psychodiagnosis" study program, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, "Ovidius" University of Constanța. The works included in this volume make a remarkable contribution to the interdisciplinary exploration of psychodiagnosis and applied psychology, demonstrating the authors' commitment to research and academic excellence.
The topics addressed reflect the complexity and diversity of contemporary challenges in the field of occupational health and organizational psychology. From the assessment of interpersonal relationships, occupational stress and its impact on occupational health, to the analysis of psychosocial risks at work or the exploration of sleep quality in the context of shift work, each study reveals a deep interest in the practical and theoretical aspects of the field.
This volume stands out for its rigorous methodology and well-founded analytical approach. The validated instruments used in the present research underline the authors’ commitment to conducting high-quality studies. Moreover, the research topics not only reflect current trends in psychology, but also bring original perspectives on topics of major interest, such as mental health in the workplace, gender differences in the perception of fatigue, or the impact of social support on employee well-being.
This volume constitutes a valuable resource not only for students, teachers, and researchers, but also for practitioners interested in the application of psychology in organizational contexts. Through the complexity and relevance of the topics addressed, the volume demonstrates that young researchers can make significant contributions to the development of scientific knowledge and to the identification of solutions to address problems in everyday life.
We congratulate the authors for the effort and passion invested in this research and are convinced that this volume will become a reference point in the professional training of future psychology specialists.
