This book is devoted mostly to properties of Legal English skills by students of law faculties in the country to opt for English discipline. Therefore, the texts of the book, and tasks that accompany them, are designed in all thematic lessons that cover vocabulary context that students early in their native language already mastered it. Thus, we aimed to topics texts, accessible student to constitute the starting point in learning basic vocabulary for each legal field, allowing use with some flexibility, concepts or laws laid down by each discipline and knowledge acquired in language use mother during each specialty seminars. To facilitate the use of English lessons to students especially first years of study, the book is designed in two parts (beginners and advanced) and is also divided into thematic units, starting with those provided as compulsory subjects in the first two years . Each unit includes, in addition to text adapted at least one specialty and high-frequency vocabulary in the field and part of English grammar. Grammar follows the acquisition of basic English language structures (eg tenses) but emphasizing those aspects most common grammatical English legal (passive voice, modal verbs). Each unit is equipped with several groups of both vocabulary exercises (marked with page V) and grammar (evidenced by the initial G) and a supplementary vocabulary section. Far from covering the vast field of English legal vocabulary and grammar structures within the units are only deepening lessons of some legal aspects of English language. It is therefore recommended its use in the seminars in alternation with other books that cover other areas of interest in the law (eg commercial law section of vocabulary or grammar subjonctivului for the section). Allowing a detailed study of English legal theory and practice in individual manner, the book can be used successfully and graduates of law, lawyers and all readers interested in improving knowledge of English law.
