The international conference "Public Administration in Europe of the 28. Legal and managerial dimension" is part of a series of scientific events on the agenda of the Center for Legal and Socio-Administrative Studies and Research at the University of Petroleum and Gas in Ploiesti. The event, organized on April 2, 2014, brought together personalities from the Romanian and foreign academic world, judges, theorists and practitioners in the field of law, social sciences and public administration. The articles of the distinguished participants in this event are grouped in this collective volume, which I warmly recommend, for documentation, to all persons interested in the topic addressed during the Conference.
The Center for Legal and Socio-Administrative Studies and Research within the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti is a research structure, without legal personality, established for the purpose of conducting studies and research in the field of law, social sciences, European issues and public administration. .
