Management is one of the essential factors that explain why a country is rich or poor - and knowing that a picture is still on its components, we could say that organizations themselves are not good or bad, but they are consistent with people who they run, so orchestrand with practice management, they are good or bad run.
Therefore, one needs to be taken in the current period for promotion and expansion of performance management in the Romanian tourism organizations is to develop the ability and capacity of managers to know how to work with people, to train, motivate and work towards their collective project what strategy the organization.
This requirement should not be regarded as a mere theoretical exercise, but as one of the principal means active intervention to increase employees' attachment to the organization and its mission for positive reception of the strategy and changes imposed by its implementation.
Its implementation requires the managers: availability for dialogue and communication in the decision making, taking into consideration the expectations and interests of subordinates, explaining the company mission and its strategic objectives, creating an organizational framework and to foster cooperation and communication between individuals, creativity, employee career development and application of a fair system of rewards and sanctions. Besides this, the force of personal example, credibility and relationships with subordinates other interest groups, honesty and fairness are also other factors motivating the entire staff.
This book aims to explain the management process, methods, tools and techniques to be used by policy makers to improve the management of tourism organizations in favor of increasing their competititvitatii European single market, the theme being addressed by way of structuring research undertaken, a work of great scientific value, but also practical value.
