"The author has proposed, in this paper, to identify the defining, sustainable in nature and that deserves to be supported in future consultations between the EU Member States to regulate post-2013 cohesion policy and the general interests of Romania, considering topics that induce divergent views between policymakers and those who support the effectiveness of cohesion dismantled. Paper presented to Miss Georgiana, Claudia Manole, has a high degree of difficulty. The solutions to academic, intellectual, technical and political right that the author proposes are reasonable and improve the perception of public and administrative subject matter. I dare say that the work deserves to become required reading for politicians and policy decision makers in Romania. And by strengthening scientific rigor will be an achievement that will be taken, certainly, as a reference. "
