In the Romanian economy, science plays a critical role of public finances and supports scientific theory and practice of running the economic system as a whole.
Economic world in general and especially the general finance is constantly changing and these changes give rise to more and more ways to improve the mechanisms of functioning of the government.
In this respect, the present study supports professionals and students, addressing information problems, such as functions and role of public finance market economy, the financial mechanism and financial policy, public expenditure system, budget system.
To highlight the mechanisms through which it is necessary and also possible to integrate effective and efficient general finances in the economy as a whole we have developed this scientific work.
Useful for economists, students, and other taxpayers who must be constantly concerned with the role and effects of public finances in society, how they should be extended, the link between this expansion and the need for resources to state, as it must allocate public revenues.
Due to the complexity of general finances, your treatment may not cover all issues raised would have to be examined.
For documentation necessary to achieve this edition the authors have consulted the literature of prestigious specialists in public finance.
Work in complexity, addressing both students of economic faculties and specialists in the fields of economic activities - financial, whom I would be grateful if the content will come up with some suggestions and proposals that we have in view a future edition.
