Gabriel Staicu a PhD in economics and lecturer at the Department of Economics and Economic Policies from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

His work is focused scientific research and publishing in the fields of economy predilection education, economy development and, more recently, institutional economics. Through his writings, stands out as one of the young Romanian economists attached to the values ​​of classical liberalism and the Austrian School of economics teachings and law.
