Ph.D. Professor , PhD supervisor in the economy since 2002.

She is a member of the Department of Economics and Economic Policy, Department of Economics, Academy of Economic Studies.

She graduated from the Academy Planning and Cybernetics .

She was senior researcher at the Institute Level III Industrial Economics (IIE ) of the National Institute of Economic Research of the Romanian Academy .

In 1995 he received his PhD in Economics, and in 2000 became a university professor contest holder.

The main areas of interest are : Micro and Macroeconomics , economic policies , economy and society based on knowledge and innovation, investment in education , economics of education , diversity management , equal opportunities , creative economy and creative management , innovative regional economy .

A coordinated as Director eight national scientific research contracts awarded by competition . Some of the results obtained in the 30 contracts attended were disseminated through the publication of books, studies and articles.

It is a member of socio -professional associations : EARLI (European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction ) RSA (Regional Studies Association ) ERSA (European Regional Studies Association) and the Romanian Association for Regional Studies , member of the Division of Logic , Methodology and philosophy of Science , CRIFST , Romanian Academy , scientific secretary of the Committee of Economic Sciences , Law and Sociology of Scientists in Romania , a founding member of CREE ( Romanian Center for Economic Education ) and SBE ( Society for Business Excellence ) .

Part of the organizing committee and was invited as key note speaker , discussion, reporting , moderator and evalutor the works for several conferences : ECKM (European Conference on Knowledge Management ) ECIC (European Conference on Intellectual Capital ) IBIMA , EARLI , ECCS (European Conference on Complexity Science) etc. .
He was visiting professor at Cairo where he taught English courses Micro and Macroeconomics .

He received training programs : National Council on Economic Education (SUA-1997 - 1998) LSE (London School of Economics and Political Sciences , 2007 , 2010, 2012) , Westminster and Brunel Universities in London (2008 and 2009) , Limerick University in Ireland ( 2008) Nottingham Trent University in the UK (1997 ) , Charles University in Prague ( 1998).

Lecturer, working at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management, Polytechnic University of Bucharest.

Main areas of interest are: knowledge-based economy and society, equality, diversity management, intercultural dialogue.
