Cybernetic system assessment and analysis of the nation state

The paper entitled "System evaluation and analysis of cyber nation state" is divided into two major plans, which are in a complementary report, representing a conceptual, methodological and applied research directions are written on the coordinates of a complex approach that includes aspects defining a plurality of subjects such as statistics, mathematics, data analysis, computer and cybernetic-economic modeling. In all study subjects that deal with issues, economic cybernetics occupies a privileged place, in that it examines the principles and common law systems functioning links, command and control complex systems, dynamic and self-regulating the national economy. Equally, this discipline are turning to complex research and management system to improve the national economy and economic units, as well as to their optimal functioning.

The work incorporates two levels of six chapters that are built on a broad thematic progression both on theoretical grounds, and the investigation of practical research approach was both analytical-descriptive and contrast, segments between which there is a solid complementarity and reciprocity.

The general theme of the work finds its timeliness and relevance to the applicability of results from their research on the state of a nation, calling on relevant statistical and econometric methods, and the results of specialized research previously conducted nationally and internationally. A macroeconomic analysis of a nation state is a sine qua non for the collection of adequate and appropriate assessment of the economy through the development of theories, models and strategies for sustainable development.
