A graduate in economics and currently a PhD candidate in the University " Babes- Bolyai" University of Cluj Napoca, is passionate about branding , emotional intelligence and personal development.

Besides these, its areas of interest include : tourism , marketing , management, leadership and communication.

He is author and co- author of several articles published in national and international literature.

Because of extracurricular activities that involved over time and also due to voluntary activities carried out until now , aware of the importance of complementarity existing between formal and non -formal , making it an enthusiastic supporter.

Book approaches a subject area for which the author has developed a real passion over time, considering that a significant decrease brain drain from Romania and could result in economic growth and prosperity for the country - in evolution, per as a whole.


Larisa Loredana Dragolea

Is lecturer at the University "1 Decembrie 1918" of Alba Iulia, with an age of 10 years in higher education.

He obtained his PhD in Management in 2009 from Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca.

His areas of interest and research are: Management, Tourism, Communication and Negotiation in business leadership.

He is author and co-author of articles and books published in Romania and abroad.

Since 2012 is Director of the Centre for Information, Counselling and Career Guidance (CICOC) of the University "1 Decembrie 1918" of Alba Iulia.

Is committed to student-centered education and its needs, working directly and consistently with students at the beginning of its activity as a university teacher, involving them in multiple extracurricular activities: projects, national and international competitions, training sessions, conferences, organized by and for students.
