Through this paper we want to invite others to know, deep psychological sensitivity that people interact in our attempt to translate and enter the "inside" each person, "as if" we had the other person, but without lose our own identity, just as C. Rogers said.

Also, the work shall constitute an invitation to learn to develop empathic ability in communication with others, an invitation by the teacher to realize that we need to know the student, to try to understand and it help to integrate successfully into society. Moreover, teachers must be trained so as to be sensitized to having an empathic attitude, indispensable in dealing with others.

A famous educator, as Jozef Stefanovic (1979) consider the ability to understand the student as essential feature of pedagogical tact.
