Return Policy
Editura Universitara Publishing House offers you the right to return the book / books ordered, without any specified reason, within 15 calendar days from their receipt. You will receive back the value of the books within a maximum of 14 days from the initiation of the return.

What are the conditions for returning the book / books?
• The book (s) must be returned within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt;
• The book (s) are returned packaged and undamaged.

Which books cannot be returned?
• Those books / orders that correspond to the specifications communicated by the client;
• Books that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.

How do I return?
• Contact Editura Universitara Publishing House by phone or email and request the partial or full return of the order;
• Confirm (by email or phone) the day when the courier can come to pick up the package (without confirming the day of collection of the return, the courier will not be sent to pick up the package) - within 15 days of receipt;
• The product must be properly packaged for transport;
• You can also return directly to our headquarters, bringing the book / books in person, to the address in Bucharest, Bd. Nicolae Balcescu no. 27-33, sc. B, ap 38;
• The cost of the return will be borne by tEditura Universitara if the product does not correspond to the description on the site, has defects or damage resulting from transport;
• The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer, if the reasons for the return are not attributable to Editura Universitara Publishing House;
• The initial transport fee (if it has been charged) will be refunded if the reasons for the return are attributable to Editura Universitara Publishing House.

When do I get my money back?
• Once we have received the book / books and we have checked if everything is in order, we will send you an email notifying you of this fact;
• If it is an approved return, the equivalent value of the return will be transferred to the buyer's account (according to the Terms and Conditions of Editura Universitara Publishing House in maximum 14 working days)
