Design and management work at the school curriculum incorporates a comprehensive, consistent and imaginative scientific intellectual labor, summarizes the results of theoretical and empirical research scale, dense in content and that you qualify the author as representative of the domain expert. She is demanding characteristics of a monographic study represents an important contribution to increasing scientific knowledge in the field - design and management curriculum integrates a suite of empirical research and has applied a certain value.

This paper addresses researchers in science education, school managers in ensuring the conditions for effective adaptation to the specific curricular models that lead organizations, teachers awareness and implementing a curriculum change their educational concepts and practices, students asserting themselves in participatory carrying out different types of curriculum, and parents or other social groups interested in quality education. The study represents a successful model for young doctoral students and researchers or teams of researchers, practitioners, to conceive and complete the research-action, projection and management reform of the curriculum in school practice.

Theme, is relatively new and interdisciplinary research addressed in teaching, it was necessary and appropriate to clarify the conceptual first essential and balanced to provide scientific support, then the construction of alternative solutions, decision models in place, the adequacy of design and effective management curriculum in complex situations of school organizations. Refer thus to balance their focus on theoretical information updated and diversified essentiality (Chapters 1.2, References), the critical and nuanced analysis of the concepts and subconceptelor involved (curriculum with its problems of defining and analyzing the relations between design and management curriculum development and subject to multiple determinations, criteria analysis and construction of a variety of models in the design and management curriculum in terms of their effectiveness at achieving its application in school organization).
Against this theoretical background needed clarification and essentiality, design and implementation approach in the general curriculum and the national (Chapters 1-3), the author was able to shape and validate, in a study phase and projects, their and applied methodological choices, to initiate an investigative approach, an empirical research design and management of curriculum, school organization in terms of concrete (Chapter 4 and Annex). Of course, in this basis, the author advances openings for further methodological improvement with extensive research, in order to make their contribution in theoretical and applied issues addressed, the complexity of achieving surprise theme.
General theoretical treatment of key aspects of the issues addressed (Chapters 1, 2), along with ascertaining research on the Romanian specific curriculum design and management, need to prove their knowledge and clarification, in front of the proposed reform (Chapter 3), the level scientific, professionalized. They represent the most extensive work, but to change the mentality, experience inefficient, outdated attitudes, as elements of the school culture, further research is needed on the actual level of improvement after the investigation and empirical (Chapter 4), for mark added value in their change, according to specific needs.
By doing so, the author seeks to make an opening now, one of their accessibility to the understanding by practitioners and managers a real school organization, a change of conception and attitude conducive to curricular reform, science-professionalized approach to search, the proposed models of local decision making specific differentiated implementation and then evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness, as expected beneficiaries of education.
In fact, such a paper presented how the mirror is formed research skills, the Doctoral School, to be validated by research and then development and improvement, while exercising their profession. Then, in the conception and treatment of the theme at the end of this phase of training, already affirming sense of capacity and expertise to initiate a research background in teaching, interdisciplinary: to select, synthesize and address critical scientific topics a bibliography increasingly diversified, to build a theoretical model of analysis and applied accordingly, to select and tailor the information to Romanian realities and the current culture in the school theme, critical analysis and compared alternative models for relevant decisions the management science curriculum needs and difficulties of recourse, the real constraints of the current state of management of an organization the school curriculum to Hence, shape and ability to build, own the design foreshadowed a model curriculum and management of an organization at school, with its features and then the actual experience itself, by developing theoretical and empirical research in this phase started doctorate.
As a young researcher, accredited by the Doctoral School graduation, he also identified another specific skills, in addition to General stated: to outline an appropriate process defined pedagogical Researches, ascertaining nature and may then be filled with one of improvement. In this sense, the general hypothesis and assumptions formulated explicitly private, select the appropriate specific objectives of a wide range of possible options, design led multiple context of checking assumptions, the system steps, target groups, methods and tools based on efficiency and effectiveness research (Chapter 4 and Annex). For this phase of the approach initiated, the author proposes a model-synthesis acceptance testing of curriculum design and management of a school organization that can produce significant changes, and achieve beneficial effects reconceperii interdisciplinary curriculum (cross-curriculum and the decision school).
Therefore, in the first phase of applied research (Chapter 4), the paper presents, comment, discuss constructive results in research and ascertaining preconstatative then preexperimentale and experimental completion and presentation of the proposed theoretical model, taken at selected target groups and, ultimately, its primary evaluation, the representative target groups. The paper validates mainly assertion skills to build a pedagogical research (which is the central objective of the Doctoral School), following verification and extension course ameliorative experiment itself, postdoctoral phase, complex assumptions to be checked and be developed and validate the proposed model compared with the theoretical analysis. But by the way presents the data obtained, performs qualitative and quantitative interpretation, the advancement of new hypotheses here, the identification of new specific features in practical implementation of the model school, with finding new premises for research methodology reveals basis or we complete the picture illustrates skills certainly formed to design, develop, complete, complex research to exploit even as the derivative of the thesis.
