The paper is a compilation of lines and ideas found in the manuscript of the doctoral dissertation Methodological contributions of a psychological and criminological nature to the study of ghosts in the crime of rape, held in 2020 at the University of Bucharest, Doctoral School of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. lays the scientific foundations of the study of sexuality in Romania, through sexual fantasies. This includes in the first part the introduction, the enunciation of the issue and the motivation for choosing the topic, objective and subjective.
The paper continues with two parts, Part 1 - Theoretical substantiation and Part 2 - Scientific explorations.
The paper is intended mainly, but not exclusively, for psychologists from security, public order and national defense structures and those specialized in sexology, psychotherapists from the judicial and / or non-judicial space, psychiatrists who perform forensic expertise in the sexual crime of rape. , the body of magistrates, law students, Psychology, Sociology, Medicine, as well as those interested in the phenomenon of normal and deviant / paraphilic / psychopathological sexuality.

ALIN LES has completed a PhD in Criminological Psychology (Psychology and Criminology) at the University of Bucharest on the topic of normal and paraphiliac sexual phantasies in normal subjects and sexual offenders (rapists). He has also studied and participated in specialist training programmes in Clinical Psychology, Criminology, Criminal Law, Polygraph Techniques, Educational Sciences and Theology.
In 2016, Mr Les was the first to introduce Criminological Psychology as a subject in Romania at the University of Bucharest through the Master’s Programme „Applied Psychology in the Field of National Security” in „Psychopathology, Psychological Criminology and the Assessment of Simulated Behaviour”. He is currently an Associate Professor with the University of Pitesti, where he teaches „Judicial and Criminological Psychology”.
Mr Les provides psychological, judicial and criminological advice to investigators, forensic pathologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, sexual offenders and victims. Mr Les is well-known in Romania for having created the Sexual Phantasy Assessment Questionnaire (CEFS) psychological instrument. He is also a member of Division 39 of the American Psychological Association: Society for Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytical Psychology.

Study 2 – The relationship between sexual deviant phantasies / fantasies in paraphilic disorders from DSM-5, performing them as they   are   identified from applying the Sexual Phantasies Assessment Questionnaire and Rape Metaphor Test, Rape Signs Test, Sexual Preferences Assessment Questionnaire in penitentiaries for individuals who have committed rape, and identifying the recurrent sexual themes in patterns with deviant / paraphilic phantasmic content specific to rape.
