Currently, the company is faced with several challenges that must answer every day: globalization and integration, the limited resources vital to ensure a normal life, increased social polarization, deepening poverty, regional military conflicts, economic recession, the phenomena extreme weather, energy crisis, population explosion.
Increasing complexity of life, the world require governments to take legislative and administrative measures in accordance with these challenges. It requires a new vision of the human condition and the needs of needs of people, on ways and means to respect human rights as essential values of life human beings within a society.
From the moment man became a member of society, had to obey certain rules and regulations and laws to regulate behavior, causing them entry violation under the law. The justice designated for the purpose of safeguarding and realizing the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and other legitimate rights and interests are magistrates.
Training of specialists who participate in the administration of justice, whose decisions have an impact on the destiny of people are under the law, must be based on a thorough knowledge of it but equally to the knowledge of human behavior, human psychological mechanisms, creature that usually act rationally, but sometimes automatically and even irrational, which may end up being the most heinous crimes commit. In this context, legal psychology is called to make diagnosis and provide qualitative and quantitative predictions of human behaviors in conflict with the legal norm.
Legal Psychology, distinct discipline of psychology, studying the genesis of crime and its prevention, deviant behavior and characteristics of tort groups, act judgmental issues involving juvenile detection, evidence, investigation, demonstration or absolve guilt, offender rehabilitation, the relationship between defendant and the Punisher, in order the magistrate armed with the information in the rule of law to them the proper application of law in letter and spirit.
