He graduated in 1958, Department of Psychology, University of MV Mascova Lomonosov, then was assigned to the Department of Psychology, University of Bucharest, where all levels of hierarchy with continued teaching at the junior professor (1990). He obtained a PhD in psychology title in 1968.
In 1973 he completed a postdoctoral internship at the University of Advanced Studies Carnegie - Mellon U.S., specializing in psychology, cybernetics and psychology informational. I served as President of Romania Psychology Association (1990-2001), Chairman of National Commission of Romania's clothing UNESCO (1990-1994), Minister of Education and Education (1991-1992), Minister of Culture (1992-1993), active member Academy of Sciences of New York (1995). Designated Person of the Year 1992 by International Biographical Centre of Cambridge and Man of the Year 2002 American Biographical Institute, included in biographical encyclopedias Men of Achievemen, The International Who s Who, The Who and Marqui and who in the World.
Developed and published over 200 papers, studies and experimental psychology articles, psychology, cybernetics, neurocibernetica psychophysiology, neuropsychology, etc.. Currently the owner preofesor Spiru Haret University and associate professor at Bucharest University and the University Maiorescu.
