Management - Synthesis

The paper "Management" is aimed primarily at graduate masters: Banking Financial Management, Business Law, European Public Administration from the University Christian "Cantemir" but also students from the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Accounting from the University Christian " Cantemir ".

This paper aims to prepare graduate in business management, management of public services. In the current crossing Romania to a market economy, firms play an crucial role in defining the objectives and strategies in conditions of maximum profitability.

Given these realities, this paper has proposed to provide an image of the object and evolution management, the company and its relationship with the economic environment, especially manager characterization systems management styles.

Next we present the structural organization of the firm in decision making, organizing international economic affairs, promoting trade, international leasing, international negotiation and contracting, foundations of public management, information systems of public management, public management in human resources, system services public in the national economy.
