"Destiny. I'm afraid it's recurring. For me, for every man and every form of life. I think he is laying a trap for us with no way out. We spin in it and keep coming back until we find the solution, until we learn our lesson. I had the strange feeling of a reliving... However, I attributed it to some story, which maybe someone had once told me. It was as if I had forgotten her but then she came back from unknown mists."
"Three Shades of Blue"
Doina Ofelia Davidescu's summer is one in which the sun or someone else/something else liquefies the spirit of beings or the being of spirits. The characters, no matter where they spend their summer, live Kafkaesque, more inside than outside, so that the reader is enticed to travel the winding road of discovering some luxuriant soul interiors...

Valeria Margarit,
Duios, Doina Ofelia scria.... Multumesc, Doina!
