Methods and practices of corporate governance

Graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies, class of 1997, follows courses of study that was completed in 1998, in parallel with a doctorate in the field of Accounting, completed in 2002.

Currently operating in the Academy of Economic Studies as Lecturer in Department of Accounting, Audit and Economic Analysis, teaching subjects such as: economic and financial analysis, diagnosis and business strategy, methods and practices of corporate governance, thorough financial analysis. She coordinated Marketing Office, Career Counseling and Guidance from the Academy, since its establishment, in 1998 and until May 2012.

Follow Advice distance courses in 2004, becoming environmental auditor in 2005, conducts a research internship at the University of Geneva in Switzerland in 2007.

Since 2007 is member CEDIMES (Centre d'Etudes sur le Développement International et les Mouvements économiques et sociaux).

In 2009 completed the interdisciplinary masters program in English Communication for Teaching and Economic Research and the Management Postgraduate University.

Is ENAR assesor from 2011, the year in which she obtained the Patent Manager in tourism activity. Also, from 2011 is member of the Romanian Society of Economic and Financial Analysis.

In 2012 attends a trainer and that same year became a member of CECCAR.
