Dobrogea terminology of family names

Language problems related to idioms of Dobrogea area, is becoming more often the subject of academic research in undergraduate work, in work or master theses supported in recent years at the University "Ovidius" of Constanta. In this series of research and this paper is included, the names of kinship terminology Dobrogea, developed by Daniela Penu.
The author enjoys the great advantage of knowing local idioms, history and geography of the area investigated. The results of field research were as effort. Forms investigated are authentic, and very cleverly marked correctly analyzed.
Appended bibliography includes works by the author consulted the specialist, it is a state representative corpus linguistic research in the field addressed by this paper.
The text in question, submitted for publication, convinced us that Daniel Penu has a great capacity for analysis and synthesis, the ability to use bibliographical material and data provided by linguistic analysis, as formulated arguments based on rigorous scientific comments. We believe this paper is to it, just the beginning of future linguistic research, not only in geographical space Dobrogea, especially in the current context, fundamental research in Romania is in great need of young professionals, competent and passionate this activity.
Structure in question, the science that is developed, many ideas, often original, daring and competent justify its submission for publication.
