This volume brings together a series of studies and research that address essential themes related to the educational and psychosocial challenges encountered among adolescents. In a context in which the educational process is becoming increasingly complex, marked by rapid social and technological changes, a detailed analysis of the factors that influence student development is a necessary and timely approach.
The volume aims to explore aspects such as school anxiety, learning strategies, academic motivation, the relationship between school difficulties and social adaptation, as well as the effects of stress on student performance. The studies included in this volume offer a broad perspective on these issues, combining theoretical analysis with empirical research results, to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the educational process.
Each chapter presents relevant data, interpretations and practical solutions that can contribute to improving educational methods and creating an environment conducive to the personal and academic development of students. By correlating theory with practical applications, this volume aims to be a useful tool for teachers, specialists in the fields of psychology and educational sciences, as well as for parents and all those involved in the training of young people. Adolescence is a crucial stage in the evolution of each individual, and understanding the difficulties that young people face in the school environment can contribute to the creation of effective support and intervention strategies. Through this volume, we want to open new perspectives on how we can improve the educational process and offer solutions for better school and social integration of students.
In this sense, we hope that this volume will constitute not only a theoretical and applied benchmark for understanding the challenges of adolescence in an educational and social context, but also a catalyst for reflection, interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative initiatives in support of the harmonious development of young people.
