In recent years, Romanian education has had a rather winding path and we, those who work within it, have tried, on the one hand, to understand what is happening in all these changes and, on the other hand, to make our contribution trainers as appropriate as possible in all of this. The changes given by the way our country develops (our local specifics) were doubled by the changes brought by the pandemic, by the influence of the deterioration of peace in the surrounding countries, by the economic changes. In these contexts, we, those from different university centers in the country, try to bring in this book some of the subjects that have been our scientific concerns for the last year. Among the topics addressed are the impact of stressors in education, aspects of burnout, ways to increase the quality of the teaching process, but also newer issues, not so addressed in the literature, such as quality education in multicultural environments or gaslighting.
