The study of the context of the manifestation of aggressive behaviors of adolescents, which sometimes is at the limit of acceptance according to social or moral norms, has been and will remain the focus of specialists from various areas of competence and responsibility.
Thus, extreme levels of aggression can generate in adolescents a wide range of dysfunctional manifestations in interpersonal relationships, which without a complex understanding of how to structure their personality, can be a limitation in facilitating lasting behavioral changes, as well as attitudinal acquisitions or emotions that strengthen the Ego and eliminate interpersonal tensions.

In human society there have been and will be with a certain periodicity changes, changes of a social, demographic, economic nature generated by technical, scientific, theoretical and practical leaps.
For centuries there have been accumulations of knowledge that are stratified and analyzed by human thinking, sometimes for the benefit of advanced ways of solving the problems that social evolution itself raises, sometimes generating conflicts, interhuman disharmony, attacks, wars.
Anyway, the unprecedented development of new disciplines, even some sciences, of interdisciplinary visions are of a nature to bring more depth, in the increasingly complex knowledge and phenomenology of the human universe.
The environmental conditions in the broad sense and in the narrow sense did not remain at the level of the previous centuries or decades, and this imposed on one hand the polishing, psychosocial skills necessary for a better and adequate, adaptation to internal and especially external requests.
On the other hand, the evolution towards the complexity of the environment in which the human being must accommodate, adapt, permanently determines attempts, successes but also temporary or longer-term failures of the human subject eager to demonstrate his abilities, skills, elements of creativity in various attempts against oneself and with others to win challenges that address the intellectual operational, evolutionary-motivational, affective and global plan of the system of personality.
Aggressiveness is a general trait of the human being, a potential mental state, which can be manifested in most fields of activity. Depending on the way of management and manifestation, it can have destructive or adaptive values. Adolescence is the period in the life of a human being in which identity is structured, being characterized by emotional fragility and the tendency to seek limits. Advising teenagers, knowing their affective and behavioral life favored the observation of an increased level of aggression present at this age
Adolescent aggression is an extremely rich and complex field of research that requires continuous and delicate attention from specialists. Through this research we tried to systematize the existing studies and theories in the specialized literature in order to capture the specific dynamics of this phenomenon and the way it is currently manifested in the emotional, cognitive and behavioral life of adolescents. We used this information to examine and build a descriptive and explanatory picture of the aggressiveness of Romanian teenagers, which we capitalized on by building and evaluating the effectiveness of a therapeutic intervention model in the Voila - Campina Hospital specialist department.
This topical topic of research regarding the perspective of the manifestation of deviant behavior, as well as the verification of the experimentation of some preventive measures at the psycho-pedagogical level and to reduce the aggressive manifestations of adolescents, is mainly determined by the current state of the social environment. The unfortunate consequences of the radical transformations in the economic, political, ideological, axiological spheres, combined and amplified by the informational explosion, the promotion by the mass media of subcultural products, the weakening of social control and the power of intervention of the courts of socialization of the growing generations, all at somewhere they damaged the social balance, they produced a deep moral and axiological crisis, they conditioned a relational moral community erosion, they contributed to the emergence of a large number of individuals and small groups that abuse constitutional freedoms and systematically lead a way of life incompatible with social norms. The latter also endure changes dictated by the transition to the market economy, a fact that creates psychological discomfort for social actors, affects and confuses, especially, the young generation. She, the young generation, being deprived of real life experience and a critical view on the often false informational avalanche, is unable to adequately evaluate events and social phenomena.
Therefore, the actuality of the study theme derives from the very importance of the phenomenon under research, as well as from the possibilities of capitalizing on the data about personality development, about the control and self-regulation by the adolescent of the behavior or in the activity of the practitioners oriented towards the prevention, correction and fading, the reduction of the deviant behavior. The study of the factors that determine maladjustments, slippages, behavioral deviations is more necessary than ever in today's society, and to the internal influences (of the complex evolution of the organism at the age of adolescent puberty) are added external requests from information services to those offered by the group of friends, from family ones to those offered by large corporate organizations.
