This paper aims at addressing the educational crisis in terms of management, focusing on how it affects the image of the school.
The image of an organization, its reputation is built so hard and be monitored, protected, strengthened. The importance of a reputation is very importantǎ schools, it depends attract students. The easiest way to argue the overwhelming importance of "school picture" is the recognition criteria for selection of parents who have the attention level of training of teachers 'recommendations', in other words, zvonistica element that subscribed to the idea of the school's reputation. Apǎrute crises can break the school unitǎtii reputation.
In the teoreticǎ we presented several definitions of crisis, their typology, phases and some specific aspects desfǎsurare crisis communication. Also in the teoreticǎ I included a chapter on crisis management.
The second part of lucrǎrii includes a case study. Assuming that the effects of a crisis can have serious urmǎri school organizations demonstrate cǎ sǎ tried using their appropriate management strategies decreased the effects they have on the organization. The four situations encountered crizǎ educationalǎ school where I work and I know from my colleagues from other schools have them framed in a typology, we have presented evolutionary stage, the plan of intervention and strategies used to manage them.
The final conclusions of the book covers that I loose After investigating this issue and some concrete solutions for managing situations crizǎ bunǎ by subscribers of a school manager.
