From 2006 to discuss increasingly more Romanian society about mediation. Maybe not enough to contribute to a rapid and widespread use of mediation as an alternative for settling disputes amicably, but enough to see how little literature in the field of mediation exist to date on the Romanian market .

What is mediation and what we can offer in a modern, dynamic and efficiency-oriented?

The authors have proposed and managed to meet the public with some definitions, assessments, explanations and clarifications, grouped in an accessible format, with an elegant information organized, so going through this book to provide answers to most of questions raised by potential beneficiaries of mediation services. On the other hand, mediation is a new profession, located at the beginning, when any contribution resulting from clarifying the practical issues for mediators is welcome. Although the framework law on the organization of the profession accept the existence of different styles and multiple international practice already recorded use of mediation as a structured process, it still requires a consistency of approach in terms of mediator to draw up the documents.

This book offers a model organization for mediators of these documents, in direct correlation with the obligations of both the mediator and the mediation with the expectations of beneficiaries. Last but not least, the authors attempt to provide answers to the most frequently asked questions coming from the magistrates, with the intent to contribute to increasing the use of mediation services in relation to the work of judicial bodies. In conclusion, the present work is useful reading for information for both mediators and mediation services for beneficiaries. It brings the elements necessary for understanding the concept of strict theory, with practical elements, organization of the profession. The authors were able to give the reader a practical guide really good answers to most frequently asked questions, and organizational models of the activity as a mediator.
