Ion Pişota
Liliana Zaharia Sugar is licensed LILIANA the Faculty of Geology - Geography, University of Bucharest, specialization Geography - French, class of 1986. Between 1986-1989 worked as an intern teacher at Industrial High School no. 3 of the Buzau and between 1989-1992 he worked as a research hydrologist at INMH Bucharest. Since autumn 1992 he served as assistant professor at the Department of Meteorology - Hydrology of the Faculty of Geography at the University of Bucharest, which since 2002 has the level of associate professor. PhD in physical geography in 1997. In the period 2000-2002 followed the post in the management of water resources held in Switzerland in Lausanne and Zurich Polytechnic Schools and University of Neuchatel.
As a teacher of the Faculty of Geography and practical courses held in hydrological disciplines (hydrology, hydrometers, Romanian waters, frequencial Hydrology, Hydrology urban environmental global changes and water resources, etc.) and to conduct research whose results were presented at national and international scientific meetings (in France, Italy, Morocco, Spain, Netherlands). She is the author of the book "River Basin water resources Putna. Hydrology Study" (1999) and coauthor of the paper: "Hydrology. Practical" (1995), "Hydrology" (2001, 2202, 2005), "Hydrology land" (2003), "activity guide practice - Hydrology" (2002, 2003).
