International Public Management is the first professional work in Romanian, which addresses issues specific to the management of international organizations from a holistic perspective.

In an international context dominated by powerful international organizations, is essential to deepen the knowledge about them.

The policies and strategies initiated at the international level, but also by the decisions they take the leaders of international organizations, are influenced not only policies and strategies in the world, but relations between them.

Globalization, whose influences are becoming more pronounced in the world, has led states to consider what is best for them. Most have concluded that good relationships with international organizations or affiliations to various international organizations, as is the active role in their environment, are essential to make better international context of economic, social and policy that accelerates or curtail the evolution of world states.

Neglected or unresolved problems of underdeveloped countries and developing lead, sooner or later, deteriorating economic and social balance of the developed countries. This explains the sharp growth in the number of international organizations. Understood world states an essential truth, that together are stronger in their confrontation with global issues.

From this perspective, international public management work helps the reader understand the fact that many international organizations have been and continue to grow just for the Member States have an interest as they work to happen.
