The mentor is not only an educator and a guide, but also a person who must be totally altruistic, free of prejudices and know in depth the reality of the one who asks for his help. Sometimes he is not sought and chosen, but met by chance, and if this happy, sometimes unexpected, chance appears, you need a bit of courage to follow him without questioning his intentions.
