Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest, coordinator of Vocational Psychology MA in Psychology Labour, Transportation and Services; holder disciplines: Experimental Psychology, Psychology of Labour and Transport (licensed program); Work analysis and the use of databases, Psychological Selection of staff and interview technique, Staff psychological evaluation and methods research work performance, Staff evaluation, Staff selection at master's programs; laboratory activities: Experimental Psychology, Labour Psychology  and Transport Psychology.

SHe has published a number of 11 books as sole author and co-author, author and co-author of more than 100 articles of which 15 ISI articles, published in professional journals and proceedings of national and international conferences.

Is the coordinator of Laboratory of Work Psychology and executive editor of the Romanian Journal of Experimental Applied Psychology and Vice President of the Romanian Society of Applied Experimental Psychology.

Member of the College of Psychologists of Romania, EAPSI, IEDRC and ARPI.

Specialist practitioner psychologist and supervisor in Work Psychology, transport and autonomous psychologist in Psychology Education and simulated behavior detection (polygraph).
