Graduated (1994), Master "Reservoir Engineering", 1995, Master "Oil and Gas Extraction", 1996 at the University of Oil and Gas in Ploiești;
Doctorate in history (2022) at "Valahia" University Târgoviște;
Member of the Union of Professional Journalists from Romania (2022).
