Mihai Cristian Apostolache is a PhD associate professor at the Petrol-Gaze University of Ploiești and director of the Center for Legal and Socio-Administrative Studies and Research at the same state university.
He is married and has two children.
He attended the Doctoral School at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, obtaining the title of Doctor of Law, with his doctoral thesis supervisor being Prof. univ. dr. Verginia Vedinaș.
He is also a graduate of a postdoctoral program.
In 2018, at the “Gaudeamus” International Book Fair, he received the “Corneliu Turianu” Award for the work “Law no. 215/2001 on local public administration commented and annotated”, 2nd Edition, revised, completed and added, being considered the best specialized work within the Legal and Administrative Sciences Collection of the Editura Universitară Publishing House for 2017.
