The promotional campaign is organized by Editura Universitară, headquartered at Bd. Nicolae Bălcescu no. 27-33, Bl. Unic, Sc. B, Ap. 38, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

2. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from 01.03.2025 to 31.03.2025, on the official website of the publishing house: editurauniversitara.ro
The Organizer reserves the right to extend or modify the campaign period, announcing this on the website.

3. Participating Products
The promotion applies to certain books published by Editura Universitară, which benefit from discounts of up to 85%.
Books from other publishing houses listed on the site will have variable discounts, set by the Organizer, as follows:

4. Discount mechanism
All books included in the campaign are highlighted with a red dot indicating the percentage of discount from the selling price.
The promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes, except in cases expressly specified by the Organizer.
The discounts are valid while stocks last.

5. Conditions of participation
The campaign is intended exclusively for individuals and legal entities who place orders through the editurauniversitara.ro website.

6. Payment and delivery methods
Payment for products purchased within the campaign can be made through the methods available on the site.
The terms and conditions of delivery remain the same as for regular orders.

7. Organizer's right
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or interrupt the campaign at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances arise that prevent its proper conduct.

8. Protection of personal data
By participating in the campaign, customers agree that their data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.

9. Final provisions
Any dispute arising in connection with this campaign will be resolved amicably, and otherwise, will be submitted to the competent courts.
