"CORNELIU TURIANU" AWARD 2022
The book "Administrative-jurisdictional complaint filed by persons deprived of liberty pursuant to Law no. 254/2013 on the execution of punishments and custodial measures ordered by judicial bodies during the criminal process", author Simona Nedelcu, was designated, following the jury, the best specialized book published in 2022, in the Legal and Administrative Sciences collection of the Editura Universitara and was awarded the "CORNELIU TURIANU" AWARD.
THE "CORNELIU TURIANU" AWARD was established by the University Publishing House in 2017, in memory of Prof. Univ. Dr. Corneliu Turianu. The University Publishing House is honored to pay a tribute to the man, the teacher, the jurist Corneliu Turianu. At the same time, the Award is a recognition of the values that the authors bring, year after year, to the legal field.
The prize is awarded every year for the best specialized book published in the Legal and Administrative Sciences collection, at the Editura Universitara.
