MANUSCRIPT CONTEST "FULFILL A DREAM"

On April 15, 2022, we set the stage for the second edition of the "FULFILL A DREAM" MANUSCRIPT CONTEST. This year's edition is dedicated to the NOVEL.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The manuscript you want to enter in the contest can address any topic (biographical, autobiographical, love novel, historical, police, psychological, fantasy, science fiction, horror, etc.), respecting the features of the literary species.

We are waiting for your texts written in Word, with diacritics, Times New Roman, font 12, one by one. We only accept manuscripts in Romanian.

Please accompany the text with a CV / a biographical note and a synopsis which you should send to info@editurauniversitara.ro, with the mention "For the Manuscript Contest FULFILL A DREAM, 2nd ed". We confirm receipt of the manuscript by email.

Both published authors and beginners can enter the contest.

Unpublished manuscripts will be deleted.

AWARDS

Following the judging, three novels are chosen that will be published this year, from the financing of the Editura Universitara based on a contract that we sign with the authors.

The winners will also be announced in person (by phone or email), as well as on our website and on the Facebook page of the Editura Universitara.

The winning books will benefit from distribution in partner physical and online bookstores, advertising on social networks, an interview and a review that will also be published online, as well as launches at book fairs.

The first edition of the "Fulfill a Dream" Manuscript Contest was a special editorial meeting with authors and people who confirmed and strengthened the meaning of our profession, that of facilitating the development of a manuscript in a printed book.
We were very happy to receive over 400 manuscripts, some very valuable, but we had to award only 20 of them, although we consider that others deserved to be published.
Therefore, we decided to award and encourage other creations that we liked, so that, following the Contest, three other collective volumes were born (Poetry Anthologies / Short Prose / Children's Literature).
We are honored to have you as a guest in our family again this year and we want to give life, again, to dreams on paper!
