"CORNELIU TURIANU" AWARD 2020
The book ”Administrative Liability of EU Funding Recipients for Breach of Procurement Rules. Emphasis on the Cases of Romania and Italy", author Demis-Marius Spaios, was named, following the jury, the best specialty book published in 2020, in the Legal and Administrative Sciences collection of the University Publishing House and was awarded with "CORNELIU TURIANU” AWARD.
The “CORNELIU TURIANU” AWARD was established by the University Publishing House in 2017, in memory of prof. Univ. Dr. Corneliu Turianu. The University Publishing House is honored to pay homage to the man, the professor, the lawyer Corneliu Turianu. At the same time, the Prize is a recognition of the values that the authors bring, year after year, to the legal field.
The prize is awarded every year for the best specialized book published in the collection of Legal and Administrative Sciences, at the Editura Universitara.
This year, the award will be presented at the International Conference Preliminary Submission Procedure. Principles of European Union law and experiences of the Romanian legal system, 4th edition, which will take place on November 24, 2021, organized by the Center for European Law Studies (CSDE) of the Institute for Legal Research within the Academy Romane (csde.ro).
