Remus Chină
Lecturer PhD at the Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University of Bucharest, Faculty of Educational Sciences, teaches courses on quality management in education and school organization management, both in the bachelor's and master's programs, Educational Management.
His doctoral thesis in educational sciences (2012), obtained at the University of Bucharest, is dedicated to extensive research on the possibilities of improving the quality of education based on relevant references in the field of Quality Management.
Since graduating from the Faculty of Physics (University of Bucharest, 1982) and until now, he has worked exclusively in the educational system, occupying various relevant positions in the system over time: physics teacher, school principal, general school inspector, expert within ARACIP, inspector (pre-university education) and advisor (university education) within the Ministry of Education.
The experience gained over the 37 years of activity has been an excellent opportunity to understand the educational system, its functioning, as well as to identify the evolution prospects of the component school organizations.
