The discipline "Introduction to the study of law and the state" is a general legal discipline "which studies law as a whole, in its generality and integrity, the legal order as a whole.

It formulates the definition of law, the other concepts specific to the law with which it operates, being valid for all legal sciences [...]. It also formulates a set of general principles valid for all legal sciences. "

Given the indissoluble link between state and law, the discipline "Introduction to the study of law and state" also investigates the legal aspects of the state, as well as the relationship between law and state, falling from this point of view among complex scientific and didactic disciplines.
