This academic course, grafted previously published doctoral research, captures some of the evolution of EU law and timeliness. I tried to systematize the main institutions and concepts of union rights, in particular we focused on the role of the European Court of Jsutitie referring to the relevant case. I used a small part of Union law bibliography dedicated to trying to develop a minimal input in this area.
