This paper addresses the main theoreticians of law practitioners or specialists. At the same time is a course for law students, approached the matter is structured in accordance with the requirements of a university course development.

This work aims to convey the specialized knowledge that a study aimed at special contract law, questions of law that are generated by circulation, use and preservation of the goods.

The contract of sale, contract exchange, donation contract, lease contract, rental agreement, lease, contract antepriza, the warrant, the contract of loan, deposit contract, the contract of civil society, insurance contract, maintenance contract, life annuity contract, the contract for game or caught in the transaction agreement, this paper examines in detail each part of the contract in terms of the notion of contract, conditions, and its effects.
