In the age of new technologies, the education provided by the education system reaches the most relevant dimensions, acquiring a strategic role in preparing the society of the future. The transformations that the national and local communities will experience will require intensively both the political system and the public administration, which must create a formal and effective framework, capable of harmonizing the interests of all actors in society, preventing imbalances and offering solid prospects for intellectual and material development , as well as education, which will be called to train the new professionals, adapted to the new society.
The administration of the state and local communities is the main beneficiary of the competences provided by the universities, through the programs in the field of administrative sciences. In turn, these academic programs must adapt to the new operating frameworks of public and private institutions.
