These words aim to prefigure, outline and complete those contained in this volume.

Considering the success registered by this year's edition of the national competition of Fiat Justitia pleadings, aspired by the organizers and finally affirmed and confirmed by the participants, as a result of the proposal of Mr. prof. Univ. Dr. Mihai Sandru, to whom we owe all the credit for the idea of writing this paper, I have the great pleasure and pride of placing a piece in what I really hope will be a successful future of this contest.

This approach is unequivocally a far-reaching mutation in the realization of the ambitions of the "Ius Iuventutis" circle to improve the quality of its activity by capitalizing on the feedback received year after year, following the organization of the contest. The paper is intended to be, on the one hand, a concrete proof of the level of exceptional training that the competitors have reached, and on the other hand, a scientific, instructive, coherent and practical support for future aspirants to the title of champions of Fiat Justice contest. In this sense, we selected for exemplary purposes and exposed in the content of the volume, the fruit of the efforts of two teams that occupied top positions in this year's edition of the competition.

I also want to direct my thoughts to all those who have dedicated themselves in the last months to the realization of this project and whose passion we managed to produce a "golden edition" of this contest. Applause and respect to the competitors, gratitude for the wisdom of the jury specialists, thanks to the sponsors and congratulations to the organizing team.

Last but not least, like the author of the case, we want this volume to remain a testimony, even if a minor one, of the struggle to generate in the collective consciousness a wider reception of the environmental problems.

Raul Miron
President of the Student Circle "Ius Iuventutis"
