Through these course notes I want to welcome the students who follow the courses of the law faculty, with predilection to those who will follow the courses of the Faculty of Law from ASE, Bucharest, to whom I dedicate this book.
I address all readers through a form of schematic writing, then developed into sentences and phrases, to facilitate the specialized expression of future lawyers. I have sometimes joined dictionary notions, for a better understanding.
The information, transposed on slides, can also be used by law teachers, I hope, with great success, especially for online or distance learning.
