European Union common policies

Present course, addressed to the students of the Faculty of International Relations of the Romanian-American University of Bucharest, is a first attempt to include a manual main themes that fall under the generic title "European Union's common policies."
Developed by a team of teachers from prestigious universities European Economic Studies and International Relations course is intended to be an essential tool in learning how to develop and implement EU policies.
Not accidentally the first issue of the manual is entitled "Development and implementation of EU policies". Are treated, then, issues like the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), industrial policies, including the Energy Policy, Economic and Monetary Union, Policy Competition, trade policy, environmental policy, EU Social Policy, Economic, social and territorial (regional policy in place), Common Foreign and Security Policy, Budget Policy.
This knowledge of how to develop and implement policies is even more present today in 2007 when Romania became a full member of EU. Following this, Romania participating or should participate on an equal footing with other Member States in developing these policies, which define the nature and profile of the European Union.
It is the authors hope that many students will go through the themes of course, will have as their employment in work - at home or in European institutions - the knowledge to properly honor the place where it will occupy. We want the Romanian-American University graduates have meritorious behavior when the demands of European institutions and bodies.
It is clear that this paper is not considered to be a treaty. But the scientific and professional staff recommends itself to those interested in this topic. Each of the authors is an authority on topics and course is a peer unit contribution.
