We offer candidates for admission to the magistracy and to INM solutions and explanations for the logic test, grid G1, completed for 2017 and for both sessions in 2018 (2014-2018). The paper is structured on the types of requirements: analytical reasoning, logical reasoning and understanding a written text.

The verification of the logical reasoning, by examination, is provocative and pleasant, involving the cognitive behavior of the candidate: it is not evaluated what he knows, but what he knows how to do, in a given informational situation. It corresponds to a formative education, being verified the competences of efficient use of information, the instrumental quality of thinking. They form over time.

We should not forget that logic is the instrument of any mental and action approach, polished by the correct exercise of the operations of thinking. So, how could logic be missing from the training of a specialist, whatever it may be, and, even more so, from the training of a magistrate?

Increasing competition, by increasing the quality of candidates, makes training mandatory. It's like gymnastics: over time, the quality of the performances has evolved a lot, and, in order to reach the podium, additional exercises are needed.

This paper is a suitable tool in training the efficient use of natural logic with which we are endowed. The data of the problems and the requirements of each exercise are explained, in relation to the essential information. We can reach performance only by training on the quick and correct understanding of a given situation, without random choices!

The practice of natural logic needs the logic of practice, offered by the present volume, the logic being also methodological, by its instrumental character.
